Job Description

Sous-Chefs Specific Skills: Supervise activities of specialist chefs, cooks and other kitchen workers; demonstrate new cooking techniques and equipment to the cooking staff.  Additional Skills: maintain a record of food costs, consumption, sales and inventory; analyze operating expenses and other data; requisition food and kitchen supplies; prepare and cook food regularly or for special guests or functions; prepare and cook meals or specialty foods; Train staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food. Supervise cooks and other kitchen staff.
Wages: $19 to $24.50 hourly (to be negotiated) / 32 to 44 hours per week.
The primary workplace will be 714 8 St, Canmore, Alberta, T1W 2B6.
The secondary workplace will be 749 Railway Ave, Canmore, Alberta, T1W 1P2.
