Conducted performance reviews, enforced provincial/territorial liquor legislation and regulations, balanced and completed balance sheets, cash reports, related forms, cost products and services, and organized and maintained inventory.
Specific Skills
Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations; determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures; monitor revenues and modify procedures and prices; ensure health and safety regulations are followed; negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies, Negotiate with clients for catering or use of facilities, Develop, implement and analyze budgets, Participate in marketing plans and implementation, Set staff work schedules and monitor staff performance, Address customers' complaints or concerns, Provide customer service, Recruit, train and supervise staff.
Wages/Salaries: $22 to $26 hourly (to be negotiated) / 35 hours per week.
Benefits: Extended medical benefits will start after 180 days of full-time employment.
