Job Description

Maintain records of food costs, consumption, sales and inventory; analyze operating expenses and other data; requisition food and kitchen supplies; prepare and cook food regularly or for special guests or functions; prepare and cook meals or specialty foods, Train staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food, Supervise cooks and other kitchen staff, Estimate food requirements and food and labour costs, Plan menus and ensure food meets quality standards.
Wages/salaries: $22 to $25 hourly (to be negotiated) / 32 to 40 hours per week.
